3 months agoVisited Ford's Garage during our holiday in Orlando and was really impressed with the themed décor and atmosphere. The attention to detail throughout the restaurant is excellent. Small touches like the cutlery being wrapped in a cloth and secured with a jubilee clip, and even the bathroom sinks being made from tyres, all add to the experience. The restaurant was busy with a good atmosphere and felt lively without being overwhelming.
The service was attentive throughout our visit, although we were initially given the wrong bill. This was quickly sorted out and didn't cause any major issues.
For food, my wife had the fish and chips which she rated 7/10. I had the pulled pork mac and cheese, which was decent but a little disappointing. The pulled pork was quite hard and crispy in places, almost as if it had been reheated under a grill, which affected the overall dish. I'd rate it around 6/10.
Prices were fair and reasonable for the location and experience. Overall, the fantastic décor and atmosphere made the visit worthwhile, although the food didn't quite live up to the surroundings. Glad we tried it, but probably not somewhere we would return to on a future visit.

3 months agoMy kid loved her tomato basil, surprisingly. However, my green & fit (vegetarian) and my husband's Swiss mushroom were a little lacking on the seasonings. The fries were pretty good. Service was top notch, we were seated immediately on a Busy Monday night. The sweet tea is darn great! The atmosphere was awesome and restrooms were pretty cool and clean.

5 months agoA must-visit! A classic American experience with incredible vibes
If you are looking for a place that feels "truly American," Ford’s Garage in Orlando is the perfect spot. From the moment you walk in, you are immersed in a unique, vintage atmosphere that is both interesting and beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the decor—with the classic Ford cars and the industrial, garage-themed interior—is simply stunning. It’s one of those places where you can’t stop looking around; there is something cool to see in every corner.
The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, making it an excellent choice for a meal with family or friends. Even though it has a strong "vibe," it’s comfortable and welcoming.
As for the food, it was delicious. The menu offers a great variety of classic American comfort food, and everything we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The burgers are definitely a highlight, but honestly, the entire experience—from the music to the service—was top-notch.
It is a very interesting place to visit while in Orlando, not just for the food, but for the overall experience of being in such a well-themed and lively restaurant. Highly recommended if you want good food and a great time in a beautiful setting

3 months agoFord's Garage was a nice stop on our trip to Orlando! We're so glad we tried it! The food, service, and atmosphere was top notch. Come hungry! The half pound burgers are stacked high with toppings. I recommend the Black and Bleu burger with truffle fries. Our waitress, Avril, was very knowledgeable and recommended a side of garlic aioli with the truffle fries - definitely a great accompaniment! We will stop in again on our next trip to Orlando.

4 months agoReally about a 3.5 stars. Atmosphere was great as far as decor and people enjoying themselves. When we got there the hostess told us a 20 minute wait. We agreed and then 5 minutes later the manager came and asked why people were waiting when there were open tables. So we got sat rather quickly. Food was pretty good! Buffalo chicken sandwich was great and broccoli was spectacular. My wife ordered the ribs and they were above average, but wouldn't order them again. There is an automatic 20% gratuity applied to the bill.... which is where the problem was. Server didnt care about service because he was getting his 20% ... you are still able to leave more if you feel the service was good. As soon as our food came out he asked if everything looked good, then didn't come back for 30 minutes and just asked if we wanted dessert. All three cups were empty and never refilled.
