Annie Santulli Designs

As owner of Fiberseal, a fabric, furniture and rug protection company, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside Annie Santulli on numerous projects — and every time we walk into a space she’s designed, we’re blown away. The fabrics and furniture she selects are stunning, and her eye for design is on another level. But what truly sets Annie apart goes beyond aesthetics — it’s the genuine relationships she builds with her clients and how deeply she cares about making them happy. You can feel it in every project. She’s not just designing a room, she’s creating something meaningful for the people who live in it. It’s genuinely a pleasure to protect her work because she puts so much thought and intention into every piece she chooses. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a designer with true talent, impeccable taste, and a heart to match

Our project consisted of updating a 20 year old house which mainly in its original condition except for a partial kitchen remodel.
Annie started by sitting and asking what we liked and didn’t likee so she could get an understanding of our style. After that Annie guided us through their entire process helping select materials , fabrics , furnishing, lighting and flooring. She did an amazing job pulling everything together.

Not only was she incredibly reliable but Annie also was gave us expected budgets and did a great job of staying within those budgets.

Annie was a great pleasure to work with, she made a complicated tough renovations go smoothly and we would absolutely highly recommend her for anyone looking to take on an interior design or renovation project.

Annie has done a remarkable job for us in a renovation project that has met a variety of obstacles (not due to her). In addition to her decorative flair and taste, she is most responsive, super pleasant to work with, and adept at coordinating all aspects of the project. Unequivocally she is the best designer we have worked with over a series of projects.

A Dream to Work With – Annie is Simply the Best!

Working with Annie on our condo remodel has been so far an incredible experience. From the very first meeting, it was clear that she is not only exceptionally knowledgeable about interior design, but also deeply passionate about what she does. Her taste is absolutely amazing — elegant, transitional, and perfectly tailored to our personal style. I was pleasantly surprised to discover how closely our design visions aligned, which made the whole process both seamless and fun!

Annie is truly a professional in every sense of the word. She’s always available, highly organized, and takes full ownership of every detail. One of the biggest stress-relievers for us was how she coordinated with all the contractors — making sure they stayed on schedule and delivered high-quality work. Her project management skills are top-notch, and it's evident she holds everyone to a high standard, which gave us tremendous peace of mind.

What really stood out to me is Annie’s conscientiousness when it comes to budgeting. She respects the limits you set and finds creative ways to make the most of every dollar without compromising on quality or style. That kind of integrity is rare and incredibly appreciated.

We are away for most of the summer, and having Annie oversee the remodel in our absence has been a blessing. We fully trust her judgment and feel confident knowing she’s keeping everything on track while we're gone.

To sum it up: working with Annie has been an absolute joy. Her professionalism, impeccable taste, and warm, collaborative approach have turned what could’ve been a stressful project into an exciting and rewarding experience. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire her!

Annie is simply the very best at what she does. She made our house into a beautiful sanctuary that we love. You won’t find anyone superior. She possesses incredible creative instincts and her decorative talents are evident in all her work.

Annie listened intently to get to know what we wanted in order to create clear design objectives that would meet our preferences. She brought her extensive experience and expertise to everything she did and didn't hesitate to offer her advice and opinion in order to maximize function and aesthetic completeness of our project. She has a well-developed stable of fantastic tradespeople and suppliers of pretty much everything, including accessories and art that she can bring to bear on any facet of your project.

Annie managed the entire project for us, much of which took place when we were not there. She is highly organized, efficient, capable of multi-tasking and delivered her work on schedule, on plan and on budget. She develops a plan, adjusts when necessary and is obsessive about details.

My husband and I found working with Annie to be a pleasure. The entire process was seamless from conceptual design through implementing finishing touches. We recommend Annie Santulli Designs for your project without reservation!
