MaidPro West Palm Beach

I called MaidPro this week (12/10/25) to book a deep cleaning for my newly purchased home.

They booked the appointment, took my credit card information, and confirmed booking - only to call me morning of our deep cleaning appointment to tell me they “do not service my area” in Delray Beach FL according to the manager.

Unbelievably disorganized and bad customer service. It’s made my move-in experience much more difficult. They should have told us they don’t service our area BEFORE booking and taking our payment information. Instead we were left to figure it out on our own.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My husband and I are both SO happy that we reached out to MaidPro for bi-monthly cleanings. Ashley Gore is such a star and always leaves our place sparkling, fresh and smelling amazing. I cannot describe the feeling of coming home to everything looking so crisp and tidy. It is a combination of intense relief and joy. Ashley is also so kind to our cat which we really appreciate. MaidPro has truly taken so much off of my plate and off of my mind, so that I can focus on other tasks in my daily life. Their prices are so reasonable and WORTH it!

Always a “5” Star review with Maidpro. Today we had Eli & Andrea come clean the kitchen & kitchen appliances in one of our rental homes. They worked exceptionally hard to ensure everything was spotless. This took so much anxiety and work off my shoulders. Thank you ladies for taking the extra time to make sure the kitchen & appliances were spotless. They even mopped the floor in the living room on their way out the door! Your due diligence & superb work ethic was very much appreciated!

Maidpro cleaners work hard, are well trained, and usually do a thorough job cleaning my apartment. I’ve used their services for 3 years now. Prices are fair as well.
