I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Ismael Estevez, a realtor associated with Keller Williams. I was scammed and robbed!!! Fellow buyers and sellers, consider this a warning to steer clear of this agent's deceptive practices.

1. Misrepresentation and Deception: Despite being a licensed realtor myself, Ismael insisted that I couldn't represent myself in a transaction. This was not only misleading but also an unnecessary obstacle in what should have been a straightforward process.

2. Misleading Promises and Financial Disadvantage: Ismael advised me to get pre-approved, only for the appraisal to come in lower than the selling price. I signed a release and cancellation agreement, based on his assurance that my expenses would be credited to a new contract. However, this was far from reality.

3. Unethical Conduct and Escrow Mismanagement: Instead of honoring his commitment, Ismael retained my escrow deposit. He then proceeded to buy the property himself, turning around to sell it to someone else without ever following through on his promises to me.

4. Lack of Accountability and Communication: Throughout this ordeal, Ismael's broker failed to respond or intervene, leaving me without any form of recourse or support from the agency. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for clients is both unacceptable and distressing.

Ismael Estevez's actions clearly portray him as untrustworthy and focused solely on personal gain at the expense of his clients. His conduct is not only unprofessional but borders on fraudulent.

I urge potential buyers and sellers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with him and advise considering other realtors who prioritize integrity and genuine service over deceitful practices.

Stay vigilant and protect your investments. Choose a realtor who truly values transparency and ethical conduct.

Our realtor, Sharon, is the best person you could want in your corner when looking for a home. Professional, diligent, knowledgeable, and absolutely perseverant. My wife and I agree that she is nothing short of a superhero in the home buying game. Even though home buying is an incredibly stressful affair, she never lost faith in getting us to the end, and as a result, neither did we.

When our appraisal came in much too low to consider financing, she was on it in less than 24 hours, keeping us posted all the way. We rebutted the appraisal, and eventually financed with a new group that provided us an improved rate. Her help and knowledge of the market got us just the right home in the area, with money to spare. She really cares for her clients, and we could not be more thankful.

Patricio San Lucas aka TONY was our realtor, although my property in Golden Lakes sold in record time it was not because of him. He is a very pleasant person but always seemed too busy and stretched too thin to answer my questions, only by calling the main office did I get a call back. On one occasion when we needed him to swap out the lockbox key he made multiple promises to show up and never did, finally we got the code and changed it ourselves. The ironic thing is he lived right around the corner from our property, moral of the story do your research and find a realtor who specializes in your area not just a nice guy who approaches you as you are packing.

I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Castellon in the search for a condo rental in West Palm Beach. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, attentive and informative. I will certainly look to Chris for my future real estate needs. Thank you!!

My realtor, Mr. Ralph Davis, had me invest several thousand dollars to fix up a home to bring it up to code, before I was even approved for a mortgage. I never bought a house before, and he told me several times to keep my mouth shut and let the professionals do their job.
