Uptown 22 Apartments

I stopped by Uptown 22 Apartments for a walk-in lease viewing, and I had a wonderful experience. Lessly was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, showed me around with patience and professionalism, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Excellent customer service like hers makes a big difference. Thank you, Lessly, for making my visit such a positive experience!

My experience with the property manager, Gladys at Uptown22 has been extremely disappointing. I found her to be rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional in the way she communicated with me. Instead of treating residents with courtesy and respect, I felt dismissed and spoken to in an inappropriate manner.
Because of the way I was treated, I am considering speaking with a lawyer to better understand my legal options. No resident should feel disrespected or mistreated when raising legitimate concerns.
I hope Uptown22 reviews how residents are treated and takes steps to improve the professionalism and customer service of its management team. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this property.

I recently moved into this apartment and my experience has been great so far. The whole process was smooth, and I received the best help from Gladys. She has always been available to answer any questions and help with anything I needed. She’s been incredibly kind and professional throughout everything. The apartment itself is very comfortable and peaceful. I’m really happy with my decision to move here.

I want to thank Gladys and Leslie for my experience with the Uptown 22 apartments. If I wasn’t moving to Vero Beach I would have stayed. The apartments are clean and there are plenty of amenities. Also the apartments are also very affordable for the Palm beach area. If you are new to the apartment lifestyle definitely check out uptown 22 :)
