Riverstone Palm Beach

I moved to Riverstone 3 months ago and my experience has been wonderful!! From the day I first walked in for a tour, I felt welcome and right at home. Tamara was my leasing agent and I was very lucky because she’s so kind, warm, and professional. All the ladies in the office are great, but Tamara is top notch! She understands hospitality and great customer service.
The maintenance team is amazing! My requests were filled the same day and they’re always willing to go above and beyond. The property is very well maintained and the amenities are amazing! The social events and fitness classes are fun and a great opportunity to connect with the neighbors.
The apartments are beautiful, new and sleek. We have assigned parking (covered garage) and charging stations for electric vehicles on every floor. I also feel safe living here because a code is needed to access the building, amenities, your home, and common areas. There’s concierge/ front desk to assist with any questions or issues. Everyone in the Riverstone’s team is professional and always willing to help.
I’m very happy to have chosen Riverstone as my home.

I’ve been living at Riverstone for a little over a year now and absolutely love our apartment, and all the amenities! Front office has always been very helpful, and the maintenance team is amazing. I asked them to come pressure clean my back patio since I’ve been living here for a while and not only did they clean the floor, but all of the furniture, and windows as well without even being asked. Luis whom is the head of the maintenance team is always on top of everything and goes above and beyond. For these reason we just renewed our lease and are very happy about it!

Alex in Maintenance is the Best! He is professional, always smiling, and eager to help, as well as knowledgeable and skilled. He helped us with a mystery problem with our dishwasher and spent the time to be thorough until the issue was addressed. Around the property he is always working, and never in a bad mood. We are extremely thankful for the maintenance staff at this building and it makes living in a rental stress free!

An amazing complex to live in! I just moved in and Alex was a huge help with the whole process! She was super quick with whatever I needed help with and very friendly! The leasing agents make you feel at home and the upkeep of the entire complex is top notch. The maintenance team is so quick as well.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful—luxury living at its finest, yet still very well-priced for everything it offers. You can tell a lot of thought went into the details, from the finishes to the overall feel of the community.

By the end of the visit, we didn’t just see a property—we felt at home. That kind of first impression is rare, and it speaks volumes about her professionalism and heart for this property and for what she does. Highly recommend working with her and the property is top notch!
