Portofino Place Apartments

Chris and his maintenance team have been absolutely outstanding. Since living here, we have experienced the best service we’ve ever had. They are always professional, responsive, and quick to handle any maintenance requests or concerns. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly, and his team is friendly, respectful, and efficient. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and take pride in their work. We genuinely appreciate all of their hard work and dedication — they make living here a great experience.

Units seem to be clean. Some things appear like they artificially repaired though. Maintenance response is the best I've ever experienced. Parking is better than most but still has its days. Fortunately I pay for a garage. However, the trash situation is out of control. Gates worked regularly early on but nothing is ever done about it. They should just bill the Name on the registration of any car that damaged the gates. Any they have constantly had trash issues. See Photos. Its disgusting and never changes

From the very first day I toured, I knew this was going to be the perfect new home for me and my daughter. I felt safe right away, and I was so impressed that I went ahead and applied the same day I toured.

This is such a beautiful community — very well-kept and always clean. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. It’s amazing to see all the improvements they continue to make around the property.

One of my favorite features is definitely the gym, which is always well-maintained and convenient to use. The team here also deserves special recognition — Nylah has been especially helpful, always checking in and making sure I’m settled in and have everything I need.

Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming community for their family.

I’ve lived at Cortland Portofino Place for five years, and I recently toured a one-bedroom loft with Nylah. I originally lived in a standard one-bedroom, but after seeing the lofts, I was honestly so impressed. The lofts are absolutely beautiful, incredibly spacious, and really feel like home.

One of my favorite parts of the community is the gym — it’s huge, two stories, and has an amazing setup. The entire community is beautiful, and has such a welcoming atmosphere.

I recently moved to Florida from New York, and I can truly say this is a perfect apartment community for anyone relocating to the Palm Beach area. I would highly recommend Cortland Portofino Place to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful place to live with great amenities and a great community feel.

One of the best parts about living here is how involved the management team is with the community. They consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for residents. Every other week they bring in coffee trucks in the mornings, which is such a thoughtful touch and a great way to start the day. They also host resident events with food, drinks, and raffles that bring everyone together and make the community feel connected and fun. It’s clear they truly care about creating a positive living experience for everyone. We’ve had such a great experience living here and really appreciate all the effort they put into making this community special.
