2 years agoFront view of the building, 2 months here and I can say that it is a building located 6-7 minutes from the center or downtown, great location for me. So far not big issues. This is a new building I have a few things that need to be adjusted or fixed so I did request to have them fixed and everything was well done immediately.
Building has basic amenities and very clean I just wish the gym has more equipment. 🏋️♀️

11 months agoI had a great time living in Park West for 1 year. The maintenance and staff are very friendly and professional. Their friendly and caring attitude made me feel at home. I specially would like to command on their social activities initiatives and building a real community with lasting friendships.

2 years agoI want to say that Park West has truly provided a wonderful luxury living experience. My East facing view is nothing short of amazing with no obstructions in the way. The price is more then fair for what I am getting in my opinion. What really makes Park West the place to live is the staff. Mainly Allison Canning, as she has resolved any issue I have had in such a small amount of time with the most amazing attitude. Allison has been such a pleasure to work with and has made my living experience that much better. Don't hesitate on checking this place out!

2 years agoTwo months into living at the Park West - absolutely love everything about it! The apartments are very modern with fantastic ceiling height. The pool and gym are beautiful, and the management team of Allison and Sue is first class. Maintenance is also ready to help whenever called upon! Glad to call this my first home in West Palm!
