Inscription West Palm Beach

My boyfriend and I have lived here for the past year and a half, and moving out is honestly bittersweet because we’ve loved living here so much!

After touring a lot of apartments in the West Palm Beach area, this one stood out because of how much space you get for the price. We were originally set on being right in the downtown area but once we walked this building we knew. Beautiful views, in a quiet area but not lacking in its community events and friendly staff and neighbors. Throughout the entire time we lived here, we never had any issues with our apartment. Everything worked as it should, and the property was always well maintained.

One of the things we appreciated most was how quiet it was. Apartment living can sometimes come with a lot of noise, but that was never our experience here. We always felt like we could come home, relax, and enjoy our space. We also felt very safe the entire time we lived here.

The amenities were great and always kept clean, and we loved spending time around the property. The views from our apartment were beautiful and are definitely something we’re going to miss.

The office staff and maintenance team were wonderful. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about the residents. Anytime we had a question, they were quick to help and always made the process easy.

The management team regularly hosts resident events, which made it easy to meet people and made the complex feel much more welcoming than most apartment communities. It really felt like they put effort into creating a place where people enjoyed living, not just somewhere to rent.

Overall, we honestly don’t have anything negative to say about our experience. This apartment truly felt like home for the last year and a half, and we’re only moving because we are leaving the state. We’d absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a spacious, quiet, safe, and well-managed place to live in West Palm Beach close to everything you need without being crammed into the downtown area. Although we have not officially moved in yet, it became clear very quickly that this community operates at a completely different standard than the typical luxury apartment complex.

From our first interaction, the level of professionalism, attentiveness, and white-glove hospitality has been exceptional. Yonca and Mayer are truly the heartbeat of the experience — a dynamic duo who understand that luxury is found in the details. Their responsiveness, warmth, and ability to make the process feel effortless immediately set this property apart.

What also makes this community especially unique is the level of privacy and security. While many properties advertise “gated access,” very few can offer the exclusivity of being located within a private HOA community featuring a 24/7 manned guard gate. It creates a sense of discretion, tranquility, and security that discerning residents genuinely value.

The residences themselves feel far more akin to privately owned condominiums than traditional apartments. The finishes are refined, modern, and thoughtfully curated, with a level of craftsmanship rarely seen in rental communities. Combined with impeccably maintained amenity spaces and sweeping golf course views, the atmosphere feels sophisticated, serene, and genuinely upscale.

For anyone seeking a luxury rental experience that prioritizes service, privacy, and elevated living, this community is in a class of its own.

Moving in today has been an incredible experience. I can’t say enough about how amazing Fina and Mayer have been throughout the entire process. From the concierge welcome and apartment walkthrough to patiently helping me set up all the community apps and explaining everything I needed to know, they truly made the transition seamless.

I even managed to lock myself out on my first day, and Fina was kind enough to come help without hesitation. That level of service is rare and genuinely appreciated.

If every apartment community had a team like this, tenants would never want to leave. Thank you both for making me feel so welcome!

Wow! What can say about Inscription?! Everything is so perfect here. The location, the amenities, the cleanness… Everything is super well maintained and organized. A special shout out to the staff, from the maintenance to the office. Spot on! I also love the community, really nice neighborhood that becomes friends and I'll take them for life. I am really happy here! ❤️

they charged the entire community for landscaping water without telling community and then management disliked me for presenting this awareness.. I was the first tenant to live in my apartment and my AC would always break in the summer - at least 7 times. Maintenance workers are kind and do what they are told, but management does not resolve the issue. like when there were raccoons in the pool they just treated it, and as soon as the pool opened, they had to close again do to the same issue. I got mold in my apartment because they didn't apply the caulk properly in the shower. They tried blaming me at first, and then didn't try to compensate or work with me when I was waiting days for a response from management. They also failed to communicate moving policy that it is against their regulations to move on a Sunday, which caused a huge ordeal the day moving out, which you would think if they could automate work order requests and such with an AI robot, they could automate emails or lease renewal/move out policies. Which they don't inform you, you have to reset your keys when you resign - so i come home at 11 pm and wasn't able to contact management. Then they charge for every little thing when you move out. Like I am getting charged $150 for cleaning the patio, yet I was informed by other residents the whole complex is getting their patios cleaned for free. ECI is a terrible company to rent under.
