3 months agoI had an amazing experience working with Cateast at Icon Marina Village. She is hands-down one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever worked with. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, address any concerns, and connect me with the right people to ensure everything was handled seamlessly.
The energy and professionalism she brings to the leasing office are truly refreshing. I’ve toured many apartment communities, and unfortunately, not all of them leave a positive impression. However, the atmosphere at Icon Marina Village is completely different. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about creating a great experience for both current and prospective residents.
The community itself is beautiful, and the residents are wonderful. There is always something going on, with thoughtful events and activities that help create a true sense of community. As a pet lover, I especially appreciate that they even introduced a Pet of the Month program to celebrate our furry friends.
If you’re considering moving to Icon Marina Village, I highly recommend working with Cateast. She made the entire experience enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable. Thank you for providing such exceptional service!

1 month agoWe recently stopped by to tour the buildings and had such a wonderful experience with Cateast! We didn’t have an appointment, but she welcomed us and took the time to help us without hesitation.
What impressed us most was that she was the only person working at the time, while also assisting several residents who needed her attention. She handled everything with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Despite everyone needing something from her at once, she never seemed rushed or bothered and made each person feel like a priority.
Cateast truly went above and beyond and made a fantastic first impression. The level of care she showed both prospective residents and current residents says a lot about the community.

6 months agoJo the manager, Julia and Cateast the consultants were amazingly helpful and patient with me while I decided on which apartment I choose. I chose Icon over other places to live because it’s close enough to fun action in west palm beach but a couple minutes far enough away to be a quiet peaceful place to live. Sauna room, steam room, private cove club, gym, business center, multiple rooms to take meetings, movie room, heated pool, jacuzzi, amazing views didn’t hurt either! I love it here and people are very nice. You’ll meet a lot of talented residents that are very successful which is cool too. I look forward to being here a long time.

4 months agoI recently visited Icon Marina to get to know the property, and I was very impressed. The building is beautiful, modern, and has an incredible atmosphere.
The concierge service, which I believe was provided by Fifth Avenue, was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
After experiencing the property and the level of service, I can honestly say I would love to live here. Icon Marina seems like an amazing place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering living in West Palm Beach.
