2 months agoI had the absolute best experience touring apartments at Griffis West Palm! Arianna and Anthony were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It’s clear how much they care about the people who live there and how ingrained they are in the community. They made the experience feel so personal and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed during a stressful process. You can tell that Griffis is more than just an apartment building, it truly feels like a place where people are valued and cared for. 4 weeks agoThe Griffis is the most beautiful place I have ever lived! It's decorated like a Japanese garden and has great amenities. Leasing agents Ariana and Anthony have detail oriented and strive for excellence in all they do, but most importantly they made me feel very welcome and a part of their community right away!

TLDR: Amazing place to live short term. Terrible place to renew (12%
increase!!). Treat it like a luxury Airbnb, not a long-term home.
The apartment, amenities and location are all fantastic. I genuinely enjoyed living here.
But renewal pricing is brutal. My renewal came out to 12% plus extra monthly fees ($4,000+ more per year). When I tried negotiating, I was initially offered 10%, told to think it over, then came back to find it had increased back to 12%. That felt unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional.
If you plan to stay short term, you’ll probably love it. But if you expect to renew, do the math before signing. Think of Griffis West Palm as a really nice long-term Airbnb: enjoy it for what it is, but don’t get too comfortable expecting renewal pricing to make you feel like a valued resident.
