6 months agoNever been happier with an apartment complex. Moved here in October and couldn’t say enough great things about it! Monika in the office is always helpful, Rico and his maintenance team are so fast with any maintenance issue it’s remarkable. Jessica at the concierge’s is my favorite person, she’s an Angel!!
The building is clean and well maintained, the apartments are spacious and beautiful! Truly happy with my decision to move here. I recommend it to everyone moving to the area!

8 months agoI truly love living at Avalon. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our manager, Monika—she is highly professional and does an outstanding job keeping this beautiful luxury apartment community running seamlessly.
A special thank-you as well to Rico, our Head of Maintenance, who is truly the best we’ve ever had. Like Monika, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that all residents are happy and well taken care of.

2 years agoWhat a view! While looking for my next home I stopped in to view a 2-bedroom apartment. Sydney was very helpful and allowed me to view and record my self-guided tour. While I viewed two apartments the unit on the 14th floor had an incredible view. I added the video on YouTube should you like to see it for yourself. Overall, the apartment has a great downtown location and by far one of the best views.

8 months agoGREAT place to live... But what makes it so special is that the management (Monika) and maintenance (Ricardo) at this building are truly exceptional. Requests are handled promptly, communication is clear and professional, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is well maintained. The common areas are always spotless, and any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the building running smoothly, which really enhances the overall living experience.
Living here has been truly wonderful, largely thanks to Monika and Rico. They’re responsive, respectful, and genuinely care about the residents.
The only negative things I can say are 1- I never received any feedback from the very long move in survey that I took my time to fill out and respond to. AND 2-there really is no sense of community here unfortunately. All of the other places we have lived had lots of events, gatherings, happy hours, holiday dinners, BBQ, classes, a community on line portal, etc. There is nothing here like that and 4 months later we still do not know anyone in our building, feels a bit lonely and isolated. :(

8 years agoExcellent staff and location. A few shortcomings though overall a very nice apartment. Felt like the rental agent/rep Sam was one of the best I have worked with looking at locations. Near restaurants and coffee shops downtown. Unable to rent common areas for gatherings which is unfortunate. Also common areas are not quite as nice as some other units in the area. Overall very good building.
