5 months agoLoodmy and his team did a wonderful job selling our house. His team sold the house for more money and faster than we expected (within one month). Set a market price for the condition of your home and stick close to that price. Everyone will low ball you at first but they will come back if the house is set at a fair price for the condition and competition. Good luck! We had a surprisingly good experience!
