10 months agoI cannot recommend Jared Kaufman from Logan Realty enough. From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every possible way. The entire process felt quick, smooth, and completely stress-free thanks to his professionalism and dedication. Once I found the place I wanted, he guided me through every single step with the HOA and the lease. Anyone who has dealt with an HOA knows it can be slow and complicated, but Jared was incredibly patient, always explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the process from start to finish.
What truly sets him apart is how far he’s willing to go for his clients. Because I’m relocating from New York, I wasn’t able to handle certain things in person. Jared stepped in without hesitation — including personally delivering a cashier’s check to the HOA on my behalf. And that’s just one example. There were many other ways he went the extra mile for me that I can’t specify for privacy reasons, but his dedication and kindness were unmatched.
