Living at Parc500 Apartment Homes has been a wonderful experience, and a big reason for that is Jenny. She is always professional, respectful, and very attentive to residents’ needs. Anytime I had a question or needed help, she responded quickly and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
Jenny truly cares about the people who live here and always makes the process easy and stress-free. Her communication is excellent, and she goes above and beyond to help whenever needed. It’s rare to find a property manager who is both efficient and genuinely kind.
The community feels welcoming, organized, and well maintained thanks to her hard work and dedication. I really appreciate all the support and professionalism she has shown during my time here. Five stars for the team at Parc500! I had a really great time at the community BBQ they hosted recently. Jenny did a fantastic job putting everything together, and everyone in attendance seemed to be having a blast. It was really nice getting out to enjoy the amenities and hang with some of the other residents. I definitely hope they host more events like this in the future!

This place is beautiful I love it. Let me take time out to think Jenny she is the best. Very kind,loving , helpful and very knowledgeable. This is the person that evey one should try to be. She deserves a raise and much more. I love ❤️ the work that u do. Blessing 🙌

If you are looking at living here because of the cheap rent, be prepared to pay over $400 a month in stupid nickel and dime fees, including 2 water fees and 2 trash fees. Half the time the trash valet service would break the red strings on our bags and leave them for us to bring to the dump ourselves. The $65 internet that they purchased through aerowave is slow and has been out of service 7 days in the last 2 months, and we still have no choice but to pay for it. We had an air conditioner leaking in our hallway 11 months before it was replaced. Constant headaches, and the office staff does not take responsibility for any of them.

It’s in a great location, but you get what you pay for. Will update this review in a month if there’s any issues getting back the security deposit. Based on the experience so far I’m bracing for it
