4 months agoBuildings are nasty, residents are nastier and walls are super thin. I wish residents and complex would do a better job of keeping the community clean. In addition, tiny ants and insects are getting inside the apartment due to improper floor caulking. Residents don’t care about the rules and complex does not enforce rules. Pool closes at 7pm. However, pool parties begin at 8pm and ends after midnight every weekend. Gym has children playing on the equipment while parents sit and watch just to be inside with ac. My tolerance and patience with this community is almost depleted!

5 months agoI had such a great experience working with Kiara at Vista Lago Apartments! From the very beginning, she was welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made touring the property feel comfortable and answered all of my questions with honesty and care.
What stood out the most was how smooth and stress free she made everything from the tour to the application process. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and truly made me feel valued as a potential resident.
Even while exploring my options, I genuinely appreciated the level of professionalism and support she provided. Kiara goes above and beyond, and it definitely shows in the way she connects with people. Thank you again for such a positive experience I would absolutely recommend working with her!

5 months agoI recently rented this apartment and overall, I’m satisfied with my experience. The unit was clean and well - maintained when I moved in, and it matched the description provided during the application process. The layout is functional and the space feels comfortable and livable.
One of the highlights has been the management team. They were very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had a question or need assistance, which made the move-in process smooth and stress-free maintenance request have been handled promptly.
The location is also convenient with easy access to stores, transportation, and other essentials. The neighborhood feels safe and relatively quiet, which I appreciate.
If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be ( The parking spots are a little bit on the smaller site for me) but it hasn’t significantly impacted my overall experience.
Overall, I would recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable and Well managed place to live.

5 months agoI wouldn't necessarily consider this neighborhood "luxury". Upon moving in there were roaches, plenty of times. The screen on the outside of the bedroom window with a giant hole. The window of the guest bedroom didn't even open (all of which was brought up to the front office staff and they never cared to do anything about it). The gym equipment CONSTANTLY broken - literally every week. No security, there's parties all the time at the pool that last until 2-3am, sometimes later, with loud music and people screaming. The smell of marijuana is potent throughout the entire neighborhood. The tennis court is used as a dog park and there's always barking dogs and their owners yelling at them at 5 am, even though there's a designated dog park. The gate is always broken. There are a LOT of add-on fees to rent so by the time you pay everything, it's much more than what they advertise. I had my roommate move out and filled out all the necessary paperwork to get them off my lease only to find out "they never received" any of the paperwork, roommate had to come sign a paper before moving out and front office states the paper was never signed so now the deposit has to be cashed out by the both of us together which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. I would research other surrounding neighborhoods before moving here.

2 years agoVista Lago is a beautiful home place, all their staff is very friendly and are always giving a great service to find solutions for all the different needs. The lakes in the place give so much calm and it’s great to relaxing during all the day, love to walk around and enjoy the facilities that they have. It’s well located, feel so happy to have the chance to be here. Thanks a lot for everything you’re very appreciated !
