3 months agoI have lived here now for just short of five months. I relocated from Nevada for work coming out of semi retirement. I looked at several apartment complexes and then I walked in and met Lisa, property manager. I completed the application process and brought the necessary documentation to the office and met Kempes To explain that I had taken a Break from work for eight months . Within 48 hours, I had my approval and moved in two weeks later. It has been awesome here. When I picked up my keys from Lisa I also got to meet Tamara. The management office is always available to help even After hours. The complex is quiet. There is ample parking. The grounds are very well maintained as are all of the common area. There are events that occur on a regular basis with everything from food trucks to special treats in the front office. The complex has a great mixture of residents And everyone is so friendly. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings. Modern appliances wood-like floors. A big shout out to the management team of Lisa, Tamara and Kempes For always being there and making me feel at home

4 months agoKempes is always very kind and helpful but he was exceptionally helpful this week. I wanted to grill some burgers at the pool for my son but the propane was out from Memorial Day. My 10 year old son was really looking forward to them. I asked Kempes for help right before he was about to leave. He went and got a new propane tank for me without hesitation. He easily could’ve said that maintenance will have to change it tomorrow since they had already left for the day but he didn’t. I’m very grateful for his help when that doesn’t happen often these days. He made a dad and young son very happy that day! Thank you again, Kempes!

7 months agoWe moved in January and have been very happy with the complex. Everyone in the office was helpful throughout the application process. It seems like they make a very big effort to keep everything clean and in good condition. The maintenance team is always around and very helpful if we need something. We like it here.

The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going out of their way to ensure a welcoming environment. The maintenance crew handles every request with professionalism care. I recommend that anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality community come for a tour.
