7 months agoI just have to put in a wonderful, wonderful review in regards to the fabulous customer service given here at Evernia Place. Melinda the business manager and Teresa in leasing are just so helpful every time you go in the office. They are the best. I been here for 12 years and the staff is WONDERFUL.
Wilson, in maintenance, he is the GREAT! He is helpful and does great work. The cleanliness and care of my building is top notch. I highly recommend!!!

7 months agoI have lived at Evernia Place in West Palm Beach since 2016, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The building is always clean and well taken care of, and the community here is very friendly. I feel comfortable and at home.
The real jewel of this place is the manager, Melinda. She is a rock star. She is always on site, always helpful, and always making sure everything runs smoothly. If something needs attention, she takes care of it right away. Nothing ever gets missed with her.
Melinda truly cares about the residents and works very hard to keep this a nice place to live. You can tell she puts her heart into it.
After all these years living here, I can honestly say it has been one of the best experiences, and I’m very grateful to call Evernia Place my home.

2 months agoSince moving here eight months ago I have found Evernia Place to be a wonderful active senior environment that feels both engaging and supportive.The apartment layouts here are spacious, bright, and feature modern, energy-efficient appliances along with convenient in-unit washer and dryer connections.
The amenities such as the social lounges, gym, outdoor pool, game room, and outdoor grilling area provide fantastic opportunities to connect with neighbors.
The staff and maintenance team are consistently professional, attentive, and quick to address any needs, ensuring a worry-free living experience.
It’s a happy, easy going place to live and it’s very close to shopping, hospitals, and I-95.

10 months agoLocated in an upscale area of West Palm Beach, Evernia Place is beautiful. It is a home, because the Management Staff is always accommodating, friendly, and creative with activities.
We have a pool, putting green and tenants are close to each other.
We are provided information for Seniors that provides one with helpful benefits for healthcare, City information to make Senior living ceasier. Having a garage, balcony and all the amenities makes life here HOME.
