The Grand at West Palm Beach Apartments

If I could give Wendia more than 5 stars, I definitely would!!!! I recently toured The Grand with her, and she made the entire experience genuinely comfortable and enjoyable. She greeted me with a warm smile, kept everything professional, and easygoing, and really listened. Unlike other places I’ve toured, she actually took the time to understand my needs and what I’m looking for, instead of rushing through or giving a generic rundown. She’s personable, funny, and truly feels like the perfect face of the community. Due to a work relocation, I wasn’t able to move forward, but her personality is absolutely the kind that would’ve had me lease on the spot!!Anyone touring with Wendia is going to have an amazing and positive experience

The Grand is a very nice community in a great location. The amenities and apartments were modern and well laid out. Wendia was very professional and attentive when giving me a tour. She showed me multiple apartments that were available and everything the community had to offer. She was very welcoming and explained all the details thoroughly. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the area to visit The Grand.

I lived here, sharing rent with a friend, for nearly three years. At first, the experience was wonderful, and the staff were incredible—which were some of the reasons I decided to move here. I remember specific staff members like Felicia, Eylin, and Lashelle very well; they were always attentive, had a solution for everything, and made living here easy. After that, however, the staff kept changing—and getting worse—and the whole community turned into a disaster; it seemed like they weren't even doing their jobs. The building looks luxurious, but it smells like marijuana and dog shit everywhere. They charge you for a package room for your deliveries, yet packages still get stolen and nobody does anything about it. When you go to the office, they don't even have an answer—if you can even find someone, that is, because they’re always out and the office is empty. Anyway, there are so many other issues; the last year was horrible and just kept getting worse. I would definitely not move back here, nor would I recommend it to absolutely anyone.

Had a great experience touring the grand. Very upscale, modernized place. Exactly what you see in the photos on their website is what you’ll see in person… which is not always the case! I only toured a couple of their 1bed/1baths and both were very nice, updated, and smelled great. Appliances felt new.. i believe the place is only 2 years old so it checked out. Pool, common area, and outside common area are amazing. Definitely the best part of the complex. Parking is in a garage. Some of the surrounding area is a bit ugly, but that comes with living directly in downtown proper. Walked all the way from the complex to the beach (45 mins) and it felt safe to me. took two different routes on the way there and back. The gym is fantastic and they even have a mini-mart with snacks and household items (toiletries, etc) if you’re in a bind. Hallways smelt a little sweaty but, picking at straws in terms of bad stuff there. If you can afford it, seems like a great place to live.

I recently moved here from a different apartment in West Palm, where I was paying way more in rent and constantly dealing with poor management and lack of communication. The difference has honestly been night and day.
Since moving in, my experience here has been really positive. The team has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even when things take a little longer, you can tell they’re doing their best and actually care about the residents.
The property is well kept, the space is comfortable, and overall it’s been such a relief compared to my last place. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a better living experience.
