11 months agoI’ve been living at Locklyn Apartments for a month now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The management team especially Samantha and Evelyn have been incredibly helpful and professional since day one.
The kitchen design is beautiful and modern, and the appliances are high quality, they have a lot of storage which is very necessary and which makes daily life so much more comfortable. The building feels safe and well maintained,with common areas cleaned every single day. There’s also plenty of parking which is a huge plus.
I really appreciate how well they select their residents everyone here is friendly, respectful, and hard working. It’s truly a great community to live in, and I’m very happy to call Locklyn home. Highly recommend!

3 months agoIt has been an absolute pleasure calling Locklyn my home for the past two years. During my time here, I’ve never had any complaints. The staff is amazing and maintenance team is very efficient and always completes work orders submitted on the same day or the following day.
The amenities are great here. I used the gym all the time, occasionally took a dip at the pool (which can get crowded on the weekends), and loved having multiple grills around the property.
I’d say the only real “downside” is always having to be aware of where you walk for the occasional poop you find in the grass - but I’ve felt like that’s an issue at all the apartments I’ve lived in and there is only so much management can attempt to do.
Overall, this has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived at and worth every penny!
To add to this: I only ever review apartments after moving out and the only reason I’m moving out this time is because I’ve become a homeowner & will no longer need to rent. Had I not purchased a home or been interested in purchasing, I’d happily keep renting here.

12 months agoI only leave apartment reviews after moving out, and the only reason I left Locklyn was because I received military orders. Locklyn truly stands out as one of the best apartment communities in West Palm Beach.
The staff genuinely cares about their residents, Samantha and Evelyn were always so helpful. Maintenance was excellent too; whenever I submitted a request, it was completed quickly without long wait times.
The pool deserves a special mention! I normally avoid public pools because I leave with an “icky” feeling, but I gave Locklyn’s pool a chance and was pleasantly surprised never had that issue here. The entire community is well-kept, clean, and welcoming.
Another big plus: Locklyn is not one of those apartment complexes that unfairly take your security deposit or charge for made-up damages. They are fair and reasonable, not the type to nickel-and-dime you over a small scratch on the wall.
If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the gate, which was often broken due to residents and their guests not following the entry instructions.
Overall, Locklyn is top-tier living. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, fair, and well-maintained community in West Palm Beach.

2 years agoI wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I’ve had so far living in this community. The location is perfect- just a short drive from the beach and downtown West Palm. The leasing office staff has been exceptional, especially Samantha, Romaine, and Evelyne. They are always pleasant to speak to and quick to address any concerns I’ve had so far. I was in a hurry to move and was able to find the perfect unit in a matter of days. The neighborhood is great, and my neighbors are friendly. The community is kept clean, and I appreciate the events organized by the clubhouse. Speaking of the clubhouse, I absolutely love the pool area- it's my favorite part of living here. There’s also a movie theater and a beautiful gym. Once again, thank you for everything. Keep up the excellent work!

4 months agoHad a nice apartment tour here. Pool and outside common area at the pool are pretty cool. A couple tv’s and bbq’s make for a nice time along with the personal cabanas. The lounge area and movie theater are nice as well. Toured the 1bed/1bath and it was spacious. Fairly modern and updated as well. Fantastic in my opinion. however, the place’s proximity to i95 is kinda rough. Super loud no matter where you are. If you’re ok with that, then this place is a home run. i just couldn’t get over it, especially for the price since it is a little more on the expensive side.
