The Spruce Apartments

I've been living at The Spruce since February, and I purposely waited a few months before writing a review so I could base it on my actual experience instead of the excitement of moving in.

Overall, I've been really happy here. The leasing and maintenance teams deserve recognition. They’re friendly, hardworking, and always willing to help. In my experience, they typically respond to questions or maintenance requests within a day or two.

The housekeeping staff deserves a shout-out. They do an amazing job keeping the building and amenities clean and smelling good! I even saw them scrubbing each grill plate, which shows they really take pride in maintaining the property.

I know some reviews mention noise, but we're in the heart of Northwood, so some city activity is expected. The soundproof windows work surprisingly well. They don't block everything, but they make a huge difference.

The amenities are great. I regularly use the rooftop pool, Zen garden, gym, co-working space, and secure bike storage. I'm also looking forward to the dartboard being back in service and the lounge TV being available for residents. The location is one of the biggest perks. I can bike to Palm Beach Island and the West Palm Beach GreenMarket in under 15 minutes, and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and other local businesses within walking distance.

Everyone's priorities are different, but I'd recommend stopping by for a tour and seeing if The Spruce is a good fit for your lifestyle.

Experience!Choosing to live at The Spruce has been an incredible decision. From day one, the standout feature has been the exceptional customer service. Desiree and the rest of the hosting team go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. They are attentive, professional, and always greet you with a smile, making the entire management experience seamless and stress-free.The community atmosphere here is unmatched. Management puts a lot of effort into community involvement, organizing events and activities that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. It truly feels like a neighborhood, not just a building.As for the living spaces, the apartments are beautiful, cozy, and perfectly comfortable. It is the ideal small home—thoughtfully designed, stylish, and easy to maintain without sacrificing comfort. On top of that, the amenities are great, including a perfect beginner-friendly gym that has everything you need to start or maintain a fitness routine without feeling overwhelmed.If you are looking for a beautiful home with a tight-knit community and a management team that actually cares, I cannot recommend The Spruce enough!

Wow… what an amazing staff.. from the moment you walk in, you feel the positive energy. They are such a fun group of women who will make you laugh, smile, and feel right at home..

The environment these 3 women have created is the type of environment where anyone can come down, talk about their day, talk about life, get advice, or just chat for a little while.

Kadian is an amazing property manager. You can tell she really cares about the community.
Desiree is amazing. She is so friendly and welcoming, and just a pleasure to talk to.
Wendia is such a sweet young lady. She is always smiling, so patient, and always happy to help.

They all really make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

The walking Wednesdays event they have where everyone gets together and walks as a community, is such an amazing way to bring everyone together and get to know your neighbors and I love the concept of this..

They are such a smart and intelligent group of women who are really dominating and amazing at what they do. , and they all compliment each other so well. Such a great trio and such a great environment having them together.

Thank you all so so much for everything you do and for making this community feel like a home. Keep it up, you are all rockstars and don’t ever stop shining, all 3 of you.

I’ve had a great experience with this building so far. It’s brand new, in a central location, and has great amenities. The gym is especially nice and the apartment/building layouts feel well thought out and practical.

The staff has also been very helpful. Special thanks to Desiree, who went above and beyond to make my move-in smooth and accommodate my needs throughout the process. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend the building.

Gia, has been outstanding in helping in my transition into my apartment. I just moved up Boca Raton where l have been living for the last five years. The apartment l was interested at first was not available. So Gia suggested a apartment on the 8th floor. What she did not realize was that the view looking south towards downtown West Palm Beach was a game changer. I have lived on intercoastal in Delray Beach and the ocean in Boca Raton, this brings me full circle. Exceptional building. I lived and taught art to students in this neighborhood, l am really happy to be back home again. Living here is like living at a resort.
